Billie Piper has given birth to a baby boy.

Billie, 26, delivered her son by caesarean section, after a 26 hour labour, at approximately 1am on Tuesday at the private Portland Hospital in London. The baby weighed 6lb 11oz.
Billie’s husband Laurence Fox, 29, was at the hospital for the birth.

Speaking about motherhood recently Billie said, “For the moment, I’m just going to focus on being a mum and that’s kind of a relief because I don’t have to think about the rest of my career.”

According to reports Billie feared she would give birth in the back of her car as it refused to start when she went into labour.

Laurence Fox said, “He is beautiful. He is sweet.
“It was an emergency Caesarean.
“I’m tired but not as tired as her, no doubt. It was long and hard. She was in labour for more than 24 hours.”

Laurence briefly left his wife’s side to buy a bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne, he was wearing a rosette saying ‘Fabby Daddy’ on the left side of his chest.

He also wet the baby’s head with a pint of lager in the Green Man pub across from the Portland yesterday with a group of friends.

When asked the baby’s name Laurence Fox told the press that “it’s a private moment” but he felt “fantastic” becoming a father.
After the birth Laurence was reportedly spotted celebrating the birth of his son with a pint of lager in the Green Man pub across from the hospital, and showing friends baby pictures he’d taken on his mobile phone.

Billie Piper’s ex-hubby Chris Evans was seen arrriving at the hospital carrying lots of presents and he revealed to the press that Billie and Laurence Fox have named their son Winston James Fox?

Chris said of Billie, “She’s very happy and she looks wonderful. She’s really pleased. It’s tears of joy up there.”
He added, “I’ve not been informed if I am a godparent but here’s hoping.
“I got him a tractor. A remote-control tractor. Every little boy needs a tractor.”

After leaving the hospital Chris Evans wrote about the “absolute pure joy” of his first meeting with Billie’s “brand new shiny baby” on his internet diary, which he titled “Winston James Fox, welcome to Planet Earth”.
He wrote, “At the time of writing this, the little fella is not even 15 hours old.
“He is cute as you like and didn’t cry once for the few minutes I was there which was just a few moments ago.
“How cool is life?”

I used to drink in the Green Man when I worked in London, that’s one of the things I miss living here in France - pubs!

Billie Piper has revealed that she is preparing to give birth by dancing naked in front of the mirror.

Billie said, “I’m re-visiting early Janet Jackson. And I attempt the dance routines naked, just to make myself laugh.”

Billie also said that when she’s not dancing she bursts into Hulk-like bouts of rage, but her hubby Lawrence Fox helps to keep her calm.

Eight month pregnant Billie said, “It’s getting quite tricky now towards the end, just the sleeping and then the rage and the fury and the heat!
“Lawrence is being really good, I’m being foul!
“He seems to be quite breezy about the whole thing which is nice because otherwise that would send me in to some kind of hysteria.”

Revealing more details about her pregnancy Billie said, “Some women are all about this glowing, blooming thing, aren’t they?
“I haven’t really tapped into that.”

And whilst filming ‘Secret Diary Of A Call Girl’ this summer Billie said she felt like a “sweating sea cow.”
Billie added, “I found the heat very uncomfortable. I was thirsty all the time and always needing the toilet, which is really unhelpful when working to such a tight schedule!”

Speaking about how she’s been dealing with everything Billie said, “I’ve basically replaced all my vices for a new one, control.
“I’ve had about 10 scans and I bought one of those baby heart monitor things. Such a bad idea, it’s like listening to a huge shell on the beach.
“But I do love it. The whole thing, pregnancy, is just so sweet, tender and adorable.”

Billie Piper is set to star in even saucier sex scenes for the second series of Secret Diary of a Call Girl, according to a source at ITV.
Billie, 25, plays a high-class hooker in the ITV2 show.
There were rumours that Billie wanted to scale back the nudity.
But a spokesman said she had not asked for any changes, saying, “There’s a fair amount of sex.”

In the US, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, made its debut with almost 1 million viewers, giving cable network Showtime its biggest opening night for a new drama during its 30-year history.

I haven’t seen Secret Diary of a Call Girl, but I have read the book Belle De Jour, which I though was very dull.
But as ITV has commissioned a second series I guess the viewers are enjoying the TV version.

Billie Piper has already got on the wrong side of her husband-to-be’s family by banning small children from their Big Day. Billie is marrying Laurence Fox on New Year’s Eve.
A family friend said, “Robert (Laurence’s uncle) is very upset and has made his opinions known. The Fox family thinks weddings should include children. The bride’s family obviously do not want screaming kids in the church. The whole thing has gone down like a lead balloon.”
Billie and Laurence are reportedly planning to celebrate their nuptials at The Lickfold Inn, a pub owned by Billie’s ex husband, British TV and radio star Chris Evans.
A source said: “Some people might see this as a publicity stunt, but Billie genuinely wants to celebrate her special day with Chris present. She knows Chris will make sure her and Laurence are waited on hand and foot and have the best possible wedding reception they can have, that’s why she chose to have it there.”
Billie has also reportedly angered the locals in the village where she is to marry, by asking the Police to act as security and help keep the ceremony private.
A police source said, “If the wedding is deemed a big enough security risk, it could be made a public order issue. That would mean local police officers at the cost of the taxpayer. This has caused a bit of resentment in the town. Billie is demanding a police presence which she might not have to pay for herself.”
One local resident said, “For someone with so much money, it’s surprising she wants to use police resources rather than hire her own security team.”
Billie has reportedly turned down multiple magazine offers to cover her wedding because she wants it to be “an intimate affair”.
Seems she can’t do anything right!
It’s Billie and Laurence’s wedding, so if they prefer not to have small children attending it’s their choice.
When I was a small child my mother was invited to several weddings where children where not welcome, so she simply didn’t attend. If any of the Fox family don’t like it, they can lump it!
If it were my wedding, I wouldn’t care who attended, as long as the groom showed up.

Billie said of her new role as a vice girl, “I thought if I was going to take the job and play a hooker, I can’t be shy about it”. Speaking about the nudity and frequent sex scenes, she said, “And you can’t be shy about what you show because you are playing someone who has sex for a living. So if you were doing it endlessly in your bra and pants then you’d be thinking that is not a true account of what happens.
Billie spent time with the mysterious Belle de Jour, a real life hooker whose internet diaries, and book are the inspiration for this ITV2 eight part series, to research her role.
The first episode sees Belle perform sex acts on two men, have steamy full sex with a handsome young punter, and strap a saddle to one weirdo customer for kinky sex.
Talking about the series Billie said, “It is a really intimate show, I am really scared if I am honest. It is scary thinking that people are going to see you in that way maybe for the first time. And it is scary to think that people are going to treat you differently”.

I read, Belle Du Jour ~ The Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, about a year ago, and I don’t remember it being particularly saucy.
I guess ITV are juicing it up a bit, otherwise it could be quite dull!

Actress Billie Piper was taken to Moorfields eye hospital in London, yesterday, a day after being snapped at a professional photo shoot. Billie was unable to open her eyes the morning after posing for the pictures. She had taken part in the photo shoot with a celebrity photographer in which a ringflash was used.
Billie was taken to hospital by her fiance Laurence Fox, thankfully doctors said no permanent damage had been done.

Billie has had a very full and varied career so far, now 24, she started out singing with hits Girlfriend, and Honey to the Bee, appeared in TV series Dr Who, and in the West End play Treats, and soon she will be appearing in Belle Du Jour, a new television show, her character is a high-class London call girl, who blogs about her experiences in the profession.
I’ve read the book Belle Du Jour, and I’m sure the TV programme will make interesting viewing.

Billie’s next big performance will be her rumoured Christmas wedding, which will be her second, she was previously married to DJ Chris Evans.
