The makers of Nicole Kidman and Ralph Fiennes new film ‘The Reader’, had wanted to film scenes at Sachsenhausen, near Berlin, but the German authorities said it was “not appropriate”.

Daniel Radcliffe beat Daniel Craig, and Johnny Depp to a top movie award at the first ever National Movie Awards. The NMA’s are apparently Britain’s answer to the Oscars!
Daniel reportedly looked stunned to be declared ‘Best Male’, for Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix. He was presented his award by Dame Helen Mirren.
Daniel was asked if he would ever play James Bond to which he replied, “I don’t think the World is ready for a short arse Bond.”
Daniel’s co-star Emma Watson beat Dame Judi Dench, Keira Knightley, and Eva Green, to win Best Female.

The World is crazy how can Emma Watson beat such a wonderful actress as Judi Dench? Maybe in the future Emma will be a worthy NMA winner but now, surely her and Daniel are just babies compared to Helen Mirren and Daniel Craig?
They seem so young, but I guess it’s because I am so old Congratulations to Daniel and Emma.

Jade Goody shows off her knickers, she wasn’t wearing them they were part of a goodie bag full of undies she received from a Playboy party. Jade flashed her undies as she left a party, to launch a Playboy store in London. Danielle Lloyd was also at the party.

Victoria Beckham jetted in from Japan yesterday to support hubby David after his Father’s heart attack. Victoria had an emotional reunion with David at their Beckingham Palace mansion, before they headed to visit David’s Dad, Ted, in hospital.
Ted was reportedly chatting but still weak. A source said, “He’s stable and the family are trying to stay positive. They know that Ted is lucky to be alive because many heart attack victims don’t even make it to the hospital.”
David made a 6,000 mile journey from his new club in Los Angeles on the first available flight. He was said to be “in pieces” with worry. Victoria was in Japan, promoting a new range of jeans. She travelled almost 24 hours to be with David, flying to Paris where she  reportedly bought a bottle of champagne to help raise his spirits before boarding a private jet.
David and Victoria visited Ted at the London Chest Hospital in Bethnal Green, East London, with David’s sisters Lynne and Joanne. The source added, “They stayed for two and a half hours, then went home to rest. “There’s no indication yet of how long Ted will be in hospital.”
David and Victoria’s sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, are being looked after by David’s mum Sandra, at home in Beverly Hills. Sandra is due to return to London today, and Victoria’s parents Tony and Jackie will take over caring for their grandchildren.
The source said, “David and Victoria wanted things as normal as they can be.”
David and Ted had fallen out after Ted wrote a book about David without consulting him. They made up recently. A source close to the Beckham’s said, “They are very close. The family is pulling together.”

Samantha Morton talking about her pregnancy, her fiance Harry Holm, and her marriage plans.
The marriage was to take place this month, but it has been postponed until after their baby is born in January. Samanth said, “My life will change again because I’m about to get married. I was supposed to get married this month, but I don’t want to go down the aisle with a big bump, so we’ll get married as soon as the baby is born.”
Samantha, is due to appear as Mary Queen of Scots in Elizabeth: The Golden Age, (released in November), added that the pregnancy was not a surprise. “We planned this pregnancy. But when you start trying you don’t know when it’s going to happen and it happened the first time.” This will be Samantha’s second child, she has a seven year old daughter Esme with her previous partner Charlie Creed-Miles.
